BREFORTH signs world-wide record deal with METALAPOLIS RECORDS!
We are very proud to welcome BREFORTH to the METALAPOLIS family! BREFORTH is the brainchild of MAD MAX founder and mastermind Jürgen Breforth. The German band MAD MAX was founded in the early 80s and they quickly conquered the international market. Especially in Germany, Switzerland, Scandinavia and Japan they had and still have a big fanbase. With BREFORTH Jürgen will celebrate HIS ‘40 Years in Metal’ together with family and friends and especially you, THE FANS!
Dear friends, fans and companions!
Let me tell you a story – MY story – MY 40 METAL YEARS: You are all part of this story because without you there would be no story at all. In 1982 the NEW WAVE OF BRITISH HEAVY METAL with bands like JUDAS PRIEST, IRON MAIDEN and SAXON changed my musical world completely and from that moment on I had only one goal – playing this kind of music myself. The same year 1982 I founded MAD MAX and I’m thankful and proud to celebrate the MAD MAX 40th anniversary in 2022.
But I also would love to celebrate with you all my very own 40 years in the world of heavy metal music by recording brand new songs and songs from my history. Please let me introduce you to my fantastic songwriting partner Peter Lenzschau. He’s not only a fabulous songwriter but also one of Germany’s best heavy metal singers around. Together with a great band we can’t wait to hit the stage and present our songs live for you. Stay tuned for more!!!
